Capstone Strata has adopted a task-based model instead of the traditional portfolio model to ensure work is spread across the entire business. This means that the Director is well supported so that he is on top of the issues regarding your building and is available to you.

It is not just about admin and financial management. We proactively support the Owners Corporation and the Strata Committee with advice on solving problems and in planning for the future.

 

Boutique Service

We are a boutique strata agency. Rather than having anonymous departments who don’t know you or your building, the Director is across all aspects of the service delivery and is your point of contact for any issue. 

 

Always The Same Manager

At Capstone Strata, you are guaranteed to be working with the Director of the business who is supported by a team of appropriately selected staff. You will not be passed from manager to manager.

 

No Lock In Contracts

Capstone Strata is confident in its service offering. Unlike most agency agreements, our proposed agreement includes an easy early termination clause. On our three-year agreement, the Owners Corporation can provide 90-days’ notice at any time.
